Counseling for Neurodivergent Adults in Idaho (Telehealth
You may have spent years feeling like something about you doesn’t quite “fit.” Maybe you’ve been told you’re too sensitive, too much, not enough, or that you just need to try harder. Over time, that can start to feel less like feedback—and more like something is wrong with you.
I’m not here to help you become more neurotypical—I’m here to help you build a life that works with your brain, not against it.
Living in a world built for neurotypical people can be exhausting. You might find yourself masking, overthinking social interactions, struggling with burnout, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Even when you’re doing your best, it can feel like you’re constantly falling short of expectations that weren’t designed with you in mind.
Whether you’ve known about your neurodivergence for years or are just beginning to explore it, your experience is valid—and it deserves support that actually fits you.
It’s possible to move toward a way of living that feels more aligned, more sustainable, and more like yourself.
Isn’t it time to stop forcing yourself into systems that don’t work for you?
I help with:
Burnout from masking or “pushing through”
Feeling misunderstood or out of sync with others
Sensory overwhelm and difficulty regulating
Executive functioning challenges (focus, organization, follow-through)
Shame related to being “different”
Navigating identity, diagnosis, or self-understanding
My Approach
My work is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed care and an embodiment-focused approach. I don’t see your neurodivergence as something to fix or make more “neurotypical”—but something to understand, support, and work with.
Together, we’ll explore your unique strengths, needs, and ways of processing the world, and build systems that actually fit your brain and body. Rather than forcing you into strategies that weren’t designed for you, we’ll focus on reducing burnout, increasing sustainability, and improving your quality of life in ways that feel aligned, sustainable, and actually work for you.
This is about creating a life that works for you—not changing who you are to fit the world.
