Counseling for Neurodivergent Adults in Idaho
Whether you’ve known about your neurodivergence for years or have just recently received a diagnosis, navigating a world built for neurotypical people can be challenging. Day-to-day life is often filled with situations and expectations that don’t fit your unique ways of thinking, feeling, and experiencing. Conditions like Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and other forms of neurodivergence can bring both strengths and distress, and everyone’s experience is different—impacting relationships, family, work or school, and daily routines in unique ways.
My approach is to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we can challenge the shame that often comes from being seen as “different” and build up practical skills to help you engage in life on your own terms. I use affirming, neurodiversity-informed treatment modalities that respect your identity and empower you to navigate your world with confidence.
